1. Who We Serve
 
We specialise in media creation - photography, video, audio and graphic design - for individuals in the public eye, including (but not limited to) singers, musicians, DJs, songwriters, composers, actors, comedians, performers, dancers, authors, writers, speakers, influencers, presenters and other personalities. We may also work with companies or agencies on a case‑by‑case basis.
 
2. Services
 

1. Core Services.

   • In‑studio and on‑location photography, video and audio recording.

   • Post‑production editing, colour‑grading, mastering and graphic design.

   • Provision of royalty‑free or licensed music/stock media (additional fees may apply).

   • Studio rental by prior arrangement.

2. Booking & Workshops. All bookings are made via the Site’s online scheduler or by direct contact. Workshop places are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit.

3. Travel. On‑location services incur mileage and travel time charges, quoted before booking confirmation.
    

3. Quotes, Deposits & Payments
 

1. Quotes. Written quotes remain valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

2. Deposits. A non‑refundable deposit of 25–50 % (as specified in your quote) is payable to secure a booking. No session is confirmed until the deposit clears.

3. Final Balance. The outstanding balance must be paid on or before delivery of the final product. For studio rentals, any overtime, additional equipment or prop costs will be invoiced after the session and are due within seven (7) days.

4. Payment Methods. We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfer and other methods shown at checkout. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
    

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Extreme circumstances (e.g., illness, severe weather) will be handled in good faith and may warrant flexibility at our discretion.
 
5. Client Responsibilities
 

• Wardrobe, Scripts & Props. You must supply your own wardrobe and scripts. Props not already in the studio can be sourced by us at additional cost.

• Licensing. Where copyrighted music, footage or images are required, you may:
  (a) provide valid licences yourself; or
  (b) ask us to purchase licences on your behalf, in which case fees will be added to your invoice.

• Accuracy. You warrant that all materials you supply (lyrics, images, graphics, etc.) do not infringe any third‑party rights and are not illegal, defamatory, or obscene.
   

6. Code of Conduct
 
We provide a professional, inclusive environment. You agree to:
 

1. Treat all staff, contractors, and other clients with courtesy and respect.

2. Refrain from any illegal activity or content creation.

3. Comply with health & safety instructions on set or in the studio.
    

We reserve the right to terminate a session without refund if, in our sole opinion, behaviour is abusive, unlawful or unsafe.
 
7. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
 

1. Co‑Ownership. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all final deliverables (“Media”) are jointly owned by Unico and the Client, giving each party full, worldwide, perpetual, royalty‑free rights to use, edit, reproduce, publish, distribute and display the Media for any purpose (commercial or non‑commercial).

2. Studio Portfolio & Marketing. You grant us the right to display the Media on our Site, social media, portfolio and promotional materials. If specific confidentiality is required, this must be agreed before the shoot and recorded in a separate written contract.

3. Third‑Party Materials. Usage of licensed music, stock footage or graphics is subject to the licence terms of the provider and may restrict re‑use. We will pass those terms to you.

4. Credit. Where practical, you agree to credit “Unico Media Studio” on published Media (e.g., social posts, YouTube video descriptions). We reserve the same right to credit you.
    

8. Studio Rental
 
Separate rental agreements may apply. Unless stated otherwise, renters are liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from their use of the premises and must provide evidence of public liability insurance if requested.
 
9. Limitation of Liability
 

1. We deliver services with reasonable skill and care.

2. Except for liability which cannot be limited by law, Unico shall not be liable for:

   • indirect, consequential, or special loss;

   • loss of profit, revenue, or goodwill;

   • delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (equipment failure, illness, force majeure).

3. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
    

10. Indemnity
 
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless, Unico, its directors, employees and contractors against all losses, damages, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
 

• any breach by you of these Terms; or

• any third‑party claim that materials supplied by you infringe their rights.
   

11. Dispute Resolution
 

1. Good‑Faith Negotiation. We aim to resolve disputes amicably; contact media.enquiries@unicostudio.co.uk within 14 days of the issue.

2. Mediation. If unresolved, either party may suggest mediation through an independent mediator in Northern Ireland.

3. Legal Action. Failing mediation, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
    

12. Privacy & Data Protection
 
We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our separate Privacy Notice (available on the Site). By using the Site or our services, you consent to such processing.
 
13. Age Restrictions
 
If you are under 18, you must have a parent or legal guardian book and sign any agreements on your behalf and must be accompanied by an adult when attending the studio for any of our services.
 
14. Site Use & Content
 

1. Site Availability. We strive for 24/7 availability but offer no guarantee the Site will be error‑free or uninterrupted.

2. Prohibited Use. You must not misuse the Site by knowingly introducing viruses, scraping data or attempting unauthorised access.
    

15. Changes to Terms
 
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be announced on the Site at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
