1. Project Delays
 

We aim to complete post-production within 72 hours of filming/recording, but this timeline may be extended in rare cases due to:
 

• Client delays in providing necessary materials (e.g. scripts, music, approvals)

• Availability of performers or collaborators

• Revisions or re-shoots requested by the client

• Public holidays or illness
   

We will always communicate proactively and professionally if any delay is expected.
 

2. Technical Issues
 

Despite using professional-grade equipment and workflows, technical issues may occasionally occur, such as:
 

• Power outages or hardware/software failures

• File corruption, data loss, or camera/audio malfunctions

• Internet disruption (for online services or file transfer)
   

If such an issue arises:
 

• We will inform you immediately

• We will do everything we reasonably can to recover, repair, or reschedule your project

• In rare, unavoidable cases, we may offer re-recording or partial refunds at our discretion
   

3. Force Majeure
 

We are not responsible for delays or loss due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
 

• Acts of nature (e.g. severe weather)

• Health or safety incidents

• Government restrictions, strikes, or transport disruption

• Emergency closures
   

4. Limitation of Liability
 

Unico Media Studio shall not be liable for any indirect loss, including but not limited to:
 

• Missed opportunities or exposure

• Travel costs, accommodation, or related expenses

• Any consequential damages from delays or technical faults
   

Our liability in any event will be limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.
